Ask Questions

When I give you advice, I will go in order from beginning to end. So first, not being good enough. Good news, there can be many different things to help with this problem! But the bad news, it can take some time to get back to your normal self.

One of the best things you can do is tell someone. I know that it sounds cheesy, but it really can help. If you talk to the right person, you can let everything out and get a sense of clearness in your mind. Another thing that you can do is a spa day. That can help you feel pretty/handsome. You don’t have to get your nails done or anything. It can be whatever you want it to be. It could be a facial, a massage, it could even be going out to eat. (If you're an athlete, I recommend a massage).

The knots. In this situation, it depends on how long this has been going on. And what kind of hair do you have? If this has been going on for quite some time, this may be something you talk to a professional about. And if you have think curly hair this could not be as of a big deal. But if you have pencil-straight hair, this could be a lot bigger. I will say that brushing hair is easier when it is wet. And not just damp wet, but like fresh out of the shower wet. That may not be good to do who your hair, but it may just be this one time. It really can’t be that bad for just once.

Now the grades. One thing you could do is go to a tutor during patriot path, those things can be helpful. And sometimes they have them for certain subjects. They can help out a lot if you just can’t get a grasp on a concept. Or you could get a tutor outside of school. It may be a bit pricey but it would be worth it in the future when you end the year with a higher GPA than what you started with. You may not need to pay for one if you just have a friend in the class who is good at the subject. If they are friendly enough, they may be more than willing to help you with it.

And don’t “wish” that you are better, you are better. Having that mentality that you ARE better and You Are Great will help with your self-esteem, confidence, and liveliness. Just think more highly of yourself. You are worth it.
